Permanent Nursing Manager Required in Gloucestershire

Our client in Stroud, Gloucestershire requires a Nursing Manager to join them from May 2020 on a fixed term contact for maternity cover. You will be working 40 hours a week with shifts varying from clinical work to shared admin work. Duties include maintaining clinical equipment in the hospital, admin work such as rotas and recruitment etc, regular meetings with the clinical director and practice manager to help ensure the practice is run smoothly. Salary is competitive and there is also 4 weeks holiday but the bank holidays and your birthday off work. CPD is also funded and encouraged. The practice itself is well equipped and previous managerial experience would be beneficial but it’s not essential.
