Permanent Deputy Head Nurse Required in Devon

Our client in beautiful Devon requires a permanent deputy head nurse to join their practice full time (including 1:4 Saturday morning shifts). Duties include assisting the head nurse and taking responsibility of the nursing team in her absence as well as organising nurse rotas, holiday authorisation and planning day to day tasks. Our client is currently having their facility refurbished to make it a bright, modern practice. It is also well equipped. Our client would like candidates who are approachable, great communicators with excellent organisational skills as well as being friendly and a team player. Team leadership experience would be preferred but it’s not essential. Ideally you should have at least 4 year’s experience as a nurse.
