Friendly and busy practice in Devon have an unmissable opportunity for a capable RVN to join their team!
• Salary of up to £30,000 FTE
• Full-time (more flexible hours open to discussion)
• Shared weekend rota, 1:3/1:4 weekends.
• No OOHs
The practice is run by their Lead Vet, as well as their Head Nurse and Clinical Coach. They are supported by an amazing team who are all committed to delivery a top level of service in the heart of the community.
The is located in a fantastic area, as well as boasting some incredible equipment and offers plenty of onsite parking.
The practice has a diverse and exciting caseload, offering you the opportunity to advance your experience and use your nursing skills to their optimal potential, admitting patients, monitoring anaesthetics, recovering and discharging patients, all under the guidance and support of the practice managers who have been with the practice for 13 years!
Despite having a fast-paced environment as a popular practice for locals, they try to keep work at a steady pace with a well-managed diary and consideration for all the team. This is done with the aid of their dedicated non-clinical team, giving the nurses no reception duties!
To be considered for this role you must be a caring and proactive nurse with solid-all-round skills in delivering exceptional patient and client care. It is important that you are a strong team player with good communication skills.
Their nursing team has varying interests in skilled areas, and the practice is committed to offering full support for further CPD and study.
