12 Month Fixed Term Contract for Receptionist in Gloucestershire

Emillies client in Gloucestershire is looking to recruit a veterinary receptionist to join their team.

The role is to work at one of their branches for 12 months on a fixed term contract.

It is full time, working 36 hours per week. It will be split Monday to Friday, with shifts between 8.30am – 7pm.

Candidates must be welcoming, and have a professional manner. You will be offering support to the team, including but not limited to:
• Managing the diary; booking in appointments
• Answering a range of client questions via email and telephone
• Pro-active communication between clients and colleagues to ensure the day runs smoothly
• Administration duties e.g. scanning paperwork, filling in forms and taking payments
• Health and Safety administration tasks
