My client in Bath is looking for a passionate RVN in their busy clinic. They provide consultations and operate every weekday. The position is to work every Monday, Wednesday and Friday 8.30am-6.30pm at the clinic. These hours can be increased into a full-time role with 1 additional day/week working at their hospital. All nurses are expected to work 1:8 weekends and 1 bank holiday each year. The position does not include any night work. Opportunities are available to provide nurse clinics at their hospital, if this is a particular area of interest.
The salary will be up to £31,000 FTE depending on experience.
The team consists of 2 part-time vets and 1 nurse, supported by a receptionist each day.
Staff are actively encouraged to develop their skills and knowledge via in-house learning and CPD.
They are a small, close-knit team that pride themselves on being friendly and welcoming to new team members and clients. A successful applicant would be working with feline medicine certificate holders and an excellently equipment practice.
This role would suit a Registered Veterinary Nurse with previous branch experience who enjoys client-facing and excels working in a close team.
It is essential applicants are passionate about nursing and strive for high standards of care.
A successful applicant would be confident to work as a sole nurse and understands the additional requirements and responsibilities of working within a branch.
