My client in Devon is looking for an RVN to join their team.
They are looking for someone who can work on a full-time basis, no hours have been discussed as of yet as they are happy to be flexible around you and support your personal life circumstances. They would be expecting you to take part in the Saturday rota which is currently 1 in 8, this will be with time off in lieu. No Ooh or on call, yay!
They all have a share of responsibilities, spending time between surgical, medical and nurse clinic duties to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to improve their skills and knowledge.
If you have a particular area of interest, they want to support you to pursue your passion. They like to encourage nurse clinics at all the practices and are open to new ideas to expand and improve this service for clients.
Day-to-day Nurse duties include:
• Nurse clinics
• Lab work
• Supporting the Vets in surgery – (placing IV lines, taking blood, monitoring anaesthetics, setting up fluids, assisting with radiographs / CT’s ).
• Providing in-patient care.
Offering a salary of up to £30,000k pa.
