My client in Gloucestershire has an exciting opportunity at their small animal practice for an ambitious RVN to join their small, friendly team as a Deputy Head Nurse.
You will be joining an existing team of 4 vets and 3 Nurses (including their brilliant students) as well as a fantastic client care team, all dedicated to providing outstanding health care with low stress methods.
By joining them you will have the opportunity to take on more responsibility and develop your career whilst utilising your skills to their full potential. Ideally you will be a clinical coach already or have the willingness to become one..
In return for working in a great practice with a wonderfully supportive and welcoming team, they're looking for a forward thinking and enthusiastic RVN with good general nursing experience and great customer service skills, with a genuine interest in animal welfare.
The role is full time including a 4-day week (finishing at 3:30pm one day so it's nearly just 3.5 days!) and just 1 in 4 Saturdays.

Salary range between £25-28,000 doe
No OOH or overnight in patient checks
