An opportunity has arisen for someone to take a step up in their career and become a Lead Veterinary Surgeon at this reputable small animal practice in Berkshire.
This a chance for you to develop your career with no previous managerial experience required. The ideal candidate should showcase confidence in routine ops and consult duties as well as being comfortable with sole charge work.
This role provides a healthy work life balance, with the practice seeing this as a priority and therefore, being open to discussing flexible and part time hours to suit your needs.
The successful candidate will have access to equipment many facilities including ultrasound, a digital x ray system, endoscopy and much more.
The details and benefits of this position is as follows below…
• Salary package up to £80,000 (Full time and DOE)
• Certificates encouraged and funded
• Flexible working either full time or part time
• £1500 CPD allowance + 3 days
• VDS/RCVS/BVA Fees paid
• Five weeks annual leave + Bank Holidays
• Paid 4-week sabbatical after every five years of service
