Our client is seeking a skilled and passionate individual to join their friendly, supportive practice located in Worcestershire.
The practice is expanding and therefore requires another Vet to join their team.
The well-established and modern veterinary practice is committed to delivering exceptional care to patients and their owners. With state-of-the-art facilities and a strong team of veterinary professionals, they provide comprehensive medical and surgical care for small animals.
There is a dedicated team of Practice Manager, Vet, Head Nurse, Senior RVN, 5 RVNs, 1 of which is our Nursing Clinical Lead, 1 SVN, a Pharmacy Assistant, Hygiene Technician and 1 VCA.
They have an incredible client base with a varied and growing caseload including small furries, exotics and dentistry.
Due to their diverse team and own individual style, consult times vary and breaks, and an hour lunch break is always included in the day.
There is no OOH with this role, and they make sure that appointments finish half an hour before closing so that you will have time to catch up and still get away on time!
Key responsibilities
• Provide high-quality medical and surgical care to a variety of small animal patients
• Conduct thorough clinical examinations and diagnostic workups
• Perform routine and complex surgeries
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering advice and follow-up care
• Work closely with the veterinary team to deliver excellent care and share knowledge
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
