Lacey’s client is a small animal practice in Kent who are seeking a Lead Vet to join their team.
They are looking for someone with 3+ years’ experience (preferably), someone who possesses strong leadership qualities and a prominent level of confidence in all routine ops, consults and procedures to supply the highest possible care to their clients and patients alike.
This practice has a plethora of high-grade equipment and facilities to ensure you provide the highest level of service including orthopaedic theatre and equipment, separate soft tissue theatre, onsite physiotherapist including laser therapy. In-house lab, urinalysis and microscopy, ultrasound and dental x-ray at our nearby sister clinic. There are 4 consult rooms, separate cat and dog wards, and a separate euthanasia room. There are practice vehicles available for use as well as an in house driver for collection of pets for consults or procedures/delivery of medication and foods.
In return for your service, the practice are offering;
offering a competitive package of up to £70,000 per annum (depending on experience), which includes accommodation allowance and vehicle allowance or company car. Additional benefits include: £1,500 CPD allowance with 3 days CPD leave, and in-house CPD training VDS, RCVS, BVA fees paid, certificate funding, 5 weeks annual leave plus bank holidays, fantastic career progression and partnership opportunities, enhanced Maternity and Paternity pay
