I have a client in Plymouth who is in need of a full time RVN to join their team!

My client is a friendly small animal practice established in 1933. We would describe a day working at the practice as interesting and busy, with daily consults, routine surgeries and emergency procedures. The teams are all friendly, welcoming and hard working.
They have a vacancy for a full time RVN, working 5 days per week on a rota basis which includes 1 Saturday in 4 (9am - 2pm). They can offer part time hours on a job share basis, covering the full time position rota. If you are a 2nd year student who is near to qualifying, we would love to hear from you too. There are no out of hours, so this role does offer a good work/life balance for the right person.
The practice is location in Plymouth with easy access to Dartmoor National Park an area of outstanding beauty and within walking distance to Plymouth Hoe coastline. They currently have 6 vets (3 of which are part time), 6 registered veterinary nurses and 2 student veterinary nurses. They would describe their culture as supportive, friendly, fun and hardworking.
The practice has been recently refurbished to a high modern standard with a fully equipped separate theatre including multi perimeter and O2 concentrator. They have a fully equipped imaging suite, including abdominal and cardiac ultrasound. Separate dental suite with dental x-ray. They pride themselves in being a RCVS tier 2 accredited nurse training practice and hold GP level practice standards, with ambition to achieve further awards.
The ideal candidate would be someone who has ambition and the willingness to adjust to change as we grow. We encourage both experienced and newly qualified nurses to apply.
