Lacey is working with 2 practices in Kent currently recruiting for Clinical Directors and Veterinary Surgeons for their Well Established surgeries.
Are you looking for a new role in this area, and would you be interested in hearing more about the below:
Role 1:
Recruiting for a Clinical Director and a Veterinary Surgeon to join their team.
The practice is conveniently located close to a train station and local bus routes, but also offers free onsite parking.
Full time hours can be flexible over 4 or 5 days and include 1 in 3 weekends (with TOIL) Part Time hours open for discussion too.
No OOHs
Offering a role that is right for you at this stage in your career, whether that is a supportive role where you can learn from the team or a lead role, where you will keep the practice operating at the level it is known for, while the Partner focuses on a new venture.
The team see a mix of clients including a fair number of exotics and small furries and the majority of their clients are insured allowing cases to be worked up to a high standard.
The bright, spacious, air-conditioned surgery is purpose built to industry leading standards and has state of the art equipment including full orthopaedic kit and laparoscopy and endoscopy kit.
You will be joining a supportive team made up of 2 full time Vets, 4 Nurses, 1 Practice Manager and 4 Receptionists and the practice benefits from a multiple certificate holder and visiting RCVS specialists.
If you are an experienced vet, you will have strong all round general practitioner experience and confidence with occasional sole charge responsibility (weekends only).

Role 2:
Modern practice seeking a motivated Veterinary Surgeon with strong client focus to join an established and successful team.
Ideally you will have at least 2 years post graduate experience. And the opportunity for Branch partnership could be up for discussion for the right candidate.
The surgery is purpose built to industry leading standards and is equipped with digital X-ray, ultrasound, internal laboratory and laparoscopy.
They see varied small animal caseload and are an RCVS training practice.
You will be confident with routine surgical and medical cases, have good communication with clients and colleagues and bring passion and enthusiasm to your role.
This is ideally a full time (40hrs/wk) role with a shared weekend rota and no OOHs. Although Part time hours will also be considered.
