Lacey's client are a friendly Small Animal practice, with hardworking team of 2.5 Vets, 2 RVNs, 3 VCAs, dedicated receptionists, an experienced practice manager and regular locums.
Based in Buckinghamshire, the practice was established 7 years ago, they are dedicated and pride themselves on providing excellent service and the highest level of clinical care to their growing client base. They see a varied caseload, and are well equipped with; operating theatre, multiple consult rooms, digital x-ray, isolation unit, separate dog/cat wards, ultrasound, in-house laboratory, Laser therapy and skin lump scanner.
They are seeking a Vet to join them either Full or Part Time, with flexibility on working days and start/finish times. With no OOHs and only 1;3 Saturday rota, they ensure a good work/life balance that works for you.
They offer a mixture of consults and frequent surgery time, and opportunity to work up cases and develop your skills and client relationships.
You will need excellent communication skills and be able to work well within a team always on hand to support one another, although you will also need to be confident working sole charge on occasion.
