Lacey has full time Lead Vet vacancy available in North West London, with one of her fantastic Independent clients at their progressive and well established private practice.
Full Time Lead Veterinary Surgeon
Location: North West London
• Full time: 4 days/week + 1:3 Saturdays (with TOIL). No OOHs
• Independent Practice
• Salary up to £75k (DOE)
• Well-equipped General practice: Digital CR dental radiography, dental suite, in-house lab, Ultrasound, Endoscopy and bronchoscopy, Multi parameter monitoring, Tonometry, Theatre suite, 4 consult rooms (2 cats/2 dogs), Separate cat/dog entrances, receptions and wards, Rx Works PMS, Separate quiet room for end-of-life care.
• As an independent practice they have flexibility to provide individual and customised care to each client, with case continuity and follow ups
• Longer 20-30 minute consulting times, with client communication slots provided for calls/discussions/results etc
• Open 8am to 7pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 6pm on Saturdays. Closed on Sundays.
• Client communication time slots are provided to ensure client discussion, lab results and ongoing care compliance with owners.
• Scheduled time for surgery and procedures.
• Morning and afternoon ward rounds
• Experienced team are supported by visiting specialists of cardiology and imaging, and more complex soft tissue and orthopaedic surgery.
• Ideally you will have at least 5 years of UK small animal practice experience
• An interest in dentistry preferable, but not a deal breaker
• Good communication and supportive skills essential to lead the clinical team, and confidence in all in routine surgery, medicine and emergency work
