Looking to step into leadership? My client in Norwich are seeking a Senior Veterinary Surgeon to join their dynamic team.
Norwich is a great city to live and work in with countryside not too far away, only 30 minutes from the beach, 15 minutes from the Norfolk broads, Cathedral nearby and close to an amenity of shops in the city centre, this practice has everything to offer.
2 branches, independently owned and run within purpose built practice premises and hosting state of the art equipment and facilities. Including brand-new ultrasound, digital x-ray, dental x-ray, endoscopy, tonometry, slit lamp, multi parameter units in all theatres and full in-house laboratory.
You will be joining a team of superb clinical and support staff, to assist you in your new role. With 7 vets (5 experienced v and 2 new grads), 6 RVNs, 1 SVN and multiple support/reception staff.
The current Vets boast interests in orthopaedics and surgery, Dentistry and imaging, with additional interests supported and encouraged.
As a Senior Veterinary Surgeon, you will play a crucial role in mentoring and guiding the veterinary team. Your primary focus will be to support the professional development of new graduates, ensuring they are well-equipped to provide top-quality care. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced veterinary professional who enjoys teaching, coaching, and helping others achieve their full potential. Partnership prospects may become available for the right candidate in the future, and with ambitious expansion plans for the practice, the business is growing rapidly.
Whats on offer to you
• An attractive salary from £60,000 (Dependant on experience)

• 30-40 hours per week, with no out of hours, and only 1:5 weekends
