Ideal candidate has experience in a manager’s role, and is able to maintain the standards needed to meet all of the requirements. You must be welcoming and supportive to person-nel and meet all targets, including financial. A high level of standards and service must also be provided. You must be confident in leading an area with around 40 Vets and Nurses.
