My client are a Small Animal practice in West London, seeking a Lead Vet to join their multi vet team on a permanent basis.
The practice is well equipped with digital radiography, dental radiography, ultrasound and dedicated operating theatre, with nearby Hospitals and branches that have CT machine and specialists in internal medicine, imaging, oncology, ophthalmology, dermatology and surgery to provide support with or accept referrals.
You will see routine and more complex consultations, GP level surgery, dentistry and imaging and be able to provide great clinical standards and client care.
This role comes with an excellent rota 4/5 day week including 1 in 4 Saturday mornings (9am-1pm).
To be successful for this role, you will need:
• To work well in a team, and be willing to learn
• Have the ability to manage and drive a successful team
• To grow the practice and bond the client base
• To be comfortable mentoring a fellow veterinary associates
• Independent consulting skills
• A Problem-based, logical case approach
• Sound surgical and dentistry skills.
