Our client is looking to recruit an innovative Vet with a passion for high quality care to join their team in Worcestershire.
The role is 40 hours per week, working between the hours of 8.30am - 7.30pm. There is a shared Saturday morning rota also.
The practice opened in 2024, and stands out for its unique and charming touch. It is a new opportunity for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon who is looking to develop their career and with a keen desire to drive performance and client experience.
You will demonstrate an exemplary work ethic and will work as a team to implement the direction and frameworks needed to achieve consistent delivery of the business plan through engagement, positive mindset, and clinical expertise.
The ideal candidate will be confident in both general surgery and medicine, but you will have support from the Clinical Director and the wider team, if needed. You will have a mixture of in-patient care, surgery, and consultations each day and you will have the opportunity for case continuity and to build great rapport with clients.
The practice is built for purpose with separate cat and dog waiting areas and wards, isolation facilities, 6 consulting rooms, bereavement room, two theatres, dental suite, imaging room and associate rest room. The practice will be well equipped with the usual in-house diagnostic and surgical kit.
