My client in Hertfordshire are looking for an experienced Vet Surgeon to join and help lead the veterinary team with the support of their Practice Manager and CD.

The role will include clinical work, as well as Practice meetings to review, install and promote protocols within the team to continuously improve and expand the services provided by the practice. You will also be responsible for development sessions with the veterinary team to guide and support them.
To hold your Official Veterinarian (OV) status is preferred but not essential for this role. Additional studies and certificates are encouraged and supported.
The rota is 40 hours per week, with 1:4 Saturdays, 1:12 Sunday afternoons and 1 Bank holiday per year. There are no OOHs requirements though so a good work life balance is still achieved.
