My client in Kent is looking for a permanent Veterinary Surgeon to join their team.
Competitive salary up to £70k (dependent on experience)
You will be joining a team of 3 Vets, 2 Nurses, SVN, VCA and 4 Receptionists. The practice can offer you the environment, caseload and equipment needed to utilise your skills whilst also giving you plenty of opportunity to develop further, with support for postgraduate qualifications, CPD and training in your areas of interest. The vets in the team have a variety of interests from ultrasonography, cardiology, feline medicine and internal medicine.
The practice is conveniently located close to the M20 and main bus routes.
They are looking for a Veterinary Surgeon who is confident with surgery and medical skills. You will be confident in consults with clients, comfortable with a caseload made up of routine and more specific procedures and be able to mentor and support more junior vets and teach new graduates.
This is a full time role on a rota basis based on 40 hours a week
• Annual leave 5.6 weeks, increasing to 6.6 weeks after 2 years’ service including Bank Holidays.
• No OOHs
• Paid professional memberships including RCVS, VDS and BVA.
