Our client in Dorset is a well renowned Veterinary Group who are seeking a Qualified Veterinary Nurse to take on their Full time Head Nurse position.
Your role as the Head Nurse will be as follows, being responsible for 3 RVNs, 2 SVNS, 1 ACA, working alongside Head Receptionist and Head Vet to manage the team, overseeing the smooth running of theatre, increasing/developing Nurse clinics and bring new ideas to the table. The practice offers modern equipment in a spacious, purpose built premises. Hours will be part time plus a 1:4 weekend rota. Annual salary will be £25,000 plus company benefits, discounts and CPD funding.
