Our client has an exciting opportunity available on the Kent / SE London border for a Receptionist.
The role is Monday to Friday. 4 days, 1pm - 6.30pm and Wednesdays 2.30pm -6.30pm. There is also a Saturday morning 8.30am - 12pm.
This role is working alongside a fantastic team of 2.5 vets, 3 RVNs, SVN and also a part time receptionist.
Candidates will ideally have previous experience in the veterinary industry, however this is not essential.
The reception team are the face of the practice, therefore they require a candidate who is friendly, calm, confident and good at communicating.
Your role will require you to be responsible for receiving incoming calls and emails, billing clients and taking payments, booking appointments, liaising with clients, etc.
