Are you a highly motivated RVN looking to constantly evolve? Do you strive for excellence?
Our client is looking to recruit a Registered Vet Nurse to join their team in Gloucestershire. The team currently consists of 21 Day RVNs, 2 SVNs, 6 Night Nurses and 6 kennel assistants working at their busy Hospital.
The role allows candidates to maintain a great work / life balance, as well as a varied caseload when on shift. Schedule 3's are actively encouraged and additional training supported.
Candidates applying for this role must be hardworking and passionate about delivering gold standard care to patients. Being a clinical coach would be advantageous as the practice is an approved training practice, however it is not essential. A strong interest in anaesthesia/ surgery would be beneficial but they would also be happy to discuss other interests.
The hours are open to discussion with both full and part time hours being available. The rota shift timings vary with a mix of earlier and later shifts. Currently there is a 1 in 7 weekend rota with time off in lieu following.
The practice has it's own dedicated night team, meaning that there is no out of hours, although there is always the opportunity to cover holidays if desired.
