RVN Needed at Independent Practice in Devon

My client in Devon is on the hunt of their next RVN! Independently owned they are a friendly, close-knit and genuinely caring team, driven by the desire to care for pets and each other!

They are growing rapidly and are looking for a confident, funny and outgoing nurse, they are very proud of their modern practice with a strong emphasis on the highest possible standards of clinical care.

• £13.50/hr - hours and days highly flexible, FT or PT - they build the job around the person they want!
• Part of a busy 24-person practice including 5 vets and 6 RVNs
• Two fully-equipped main practices, both RCVS SAGP standard, each with all the toys including digital X-ray, colour doppler Phillips ultrasound, dedicated operating theatre, digital tonometry, multiparameter monitors with capnography and NIBP - laparoscopic spays coming in 2024.
• Currently OOH weekend daytime only on a 1.5/12 rota (no nights, ever) - vets take the phones and nurse call-outs are very rare (less than one per weekend) and earn RVNs a £50 bonus per call-out.
• Likely to include no OOH at all from May 2024 as we hope to fully outsource all OOH.
