My client in Dudley is looking for a dedicated Registered Veterinary Nurse to join their team. This is a sole charge role working in a small but busy branch. The required duties of this role include preparing animals for theatre, monitoring anaesthetics, performing nurse consultations, promoting preventative health care for pets, stock control and delivering excellent patient and client care.
The successful candidate will be working Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays 9.30am-6.30pm and weekends will be 1 in 4 Saturdays 9am-4pm, working at our Wolverhampton Consulting Centre. No OOH is required for this role.
The practice is equipped with a reception area, 2 consulting rooms, a drugs dispensary, a small kitchen area, a kennel area and a theatre. The theatre is equipped to carry out routine procedures such as cat, dog, rabbit neuters, mass removals and dentals.
Candidates must be qualified and registered with the RCVS. The ideal candidate would have experience in consulting and surgical nursing. Salary is negotiable and will be DOE.
