Tash's client in Worcestershire is looking for a forward thinking Registered Veterinary Nurse, who can help lead and progress a nursing team, in a fast-paced practice.
Candidates must possess excellent communication skills to allow effective line management of their team. A strong desire to develop nursing talent, through regular appraisals and identifying and organising appropriate learning opportunities, as necessary. An interest in surgery and anaesthesia would be preferable.
The successful candidate will be working closely with the Clinical Nursing Manager to ensure the smooth running of the day and maintaining clinical excellence. This role is 95% clinical, and 5% administrative duties.

This role is full time with the option to spread the 40-hour working week over 4 or 5 days. Minimal weekends of 1 in 13. Depending on your experience you could be looking at a salary of £33,000k.
