PDSA in Kent Seeks Nursing Team Leader

The PDSA in Kent are looking for an RVN to join them as soon as possible working 37.5 hours per week.

Candidates applying for this role must have strong customer service skills and be able to work efficiently in a team and individually. The role also requires a candidate who is confident supporting the Head Nurse to ensure that a professional service is delivered to the local community, this is by managing up to 10 VN/ VCA’s, etc. The hospital is well-equipped with 5 consult rooms, a dedicated theatre, imaging suites, ultrasound, etc.

This role is approximately 80% clinical and 20% off rota management time.
