My client in Bournemouth is in need of a Nurse Team Leader to join their team! To succeed, you will have a positive, can-do attitude, be confident in communicating with a wide range of clients and, of course, have a sense of humour to get through the tough days. They also believe in developing talent across the full range of clinical practice so a willingness to share your skills and lead by example is essential.
Your passion for what they do will drive you to champion the charity and always keep an eye on resources suggesting efficiencies wherever possible. They really do listen and believe they are better together.
