Full Time Permanent Vet Role in Glasgow

Our client in Glasgow is looking to recruit a small animal Veterinary surgeon for a rotational position across 4 branches. This rare opportunity allows you to develop shelter medicine skills in the charity setting with access to a nearby hospital.

At one branch you will be split between ops and consults, working closely with the centre staff including RVN’s, behaviourists and central vet support. Candidates must be confident working sole charge.

You will also be working at the 12 Vet hospital, with regular rota'd time working between these practices which will allow exposure to a host of services including advanced imaging (traveling CT and MRI and advanced ultrasound), advanced surgery, cardiology and physiotherapy.

There is support from certificate holders in surgery: soft tissue and orthopaedic, cardiology, medicine and ECC allowing progression and development of your own clinical skills.

The role is 4 days / 36 hours per week with a 1 in 3 weekend rota.
