Head RVN needed in Bath

My client is in search of a Head Nurse who has a strong general veterinary nursing experience, are friendly, enjoy working as a part of a team and have a real genuine interest in animal welfare!  Having experience of running a small team is desirable but not essential. Duties would include writing the nurse rota, assisting with appraisals and recruitment and generally taking the responsibility of running a smooth clinical shift.

The team consist of 2 Vets, 1  RVNs, 1 SVN, a great receptionist team and a Team Leader and Practice Manager, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing superb standards of client and animal care within a friendly team.

The role is for a full time head nurse working 40 hours per week who will be taking a fair part in a weekend rota.
