My client is looking for a Nurse Manager to join their team, experience in managing a large nursing team is compulsory.
The team are lovely, and have great communication, management and clinical support skills. The hours available mean you will be able to maintain a good work-life balance, with just 1 in 4 weekends, no OOHs, on-call or sole charge.
The role will put you in charge of things such as rotas, colleague reviews, CPD management, clinical support, etc.
This role is vital to the smooth running of the practice, to ensure the SVN’s get the best start possible, and all RVN’s get the best career opportunities.
The practice is offering:
