Fantastic Opportunity in Picturesque Devon for Receptionist

This outstanding small animal Veterinary practice in Devon is recruiting for a receptionist to join them as soon as possible.

This role requires a candidate who is friendly, and confident to be the face of the practice. You will be working closely with a support team of 11 and who will help deliver a high standard of customer and client care. You will be working with 2 other Receptionists at all times apart from Saturdays which is sole charge.

The role is full time working two days 8am – 5.30pm and two 8am – 1pm, with a 1 in 2 Saturday morning 8am – 1pm. This will allow you to maintain a great work / life balance.

Candidates must be computer literate, and be capable using all IT software (including Publisher, etc.). You will also be answering phone calls, taking bookings/cancellations. Sorting spreadsheets, dispensing, etc.

Candidates applying for this role must have at least 1 year experience in a Veterinary environment and 1 year customer service experience.
