This exciting new role as a Primary Care Director provides you with a fantastic opportunity to lead, coach and develop your team and make a big impact to a business. At the same time, this role offers you the potential for career progression in a growing business leading within the Veterinary industry.
This is a full time position, working 40 hours a week, Monday -Friday. The role will include Remote working with a mix of visits to your London clinic's on a regular basis.
This is a key strategic, leadership and clinical quality position where you will be responsible for all aspects of the performance of the Primary Care businesses within your remit, line managing the Clinical Directors and supporting the SLTs of your practices, working with business partners, the Medical Team, Central Operations and other stakeholders.
You will ensure your practice teams deliver the highest quality of clinical care to patients and clients, and will work closely with and report to the PC Managing Director.
You will demonstrate and develop your inspirational leadership skills and achieve consistent delivery and execution of a successful business plan and strategic initiatives through highly engaged teams. Enhancing client experience, strengthening team development, retention and engagement.
Being a good role model and motivator will aid success in this role, and you should have previous experience leading in a clinical or non-clinical role driven by KPIs and have evidence of initiative to drive a business forward and improve its growth.
