This proudly independent Vet Group in West Sussex is looking for a Vet Surgeon to join them.
The practice is expanding their team within their 2 state of the art hospitals as well as 4 busy branches.
The team create a positive and encouraging environment, and ensure that everyone is treat with respect and kindness.
They offer a wide range of quality services from routine consultations and emergency care through to complex surgery and management of critical cases. The Advanced Practitioner vets provide referral level surgery, including orthopaedics such as TPLOs and soft tissue surgeries including BOAS.
The role is typically 4 days per week, working around 40 hours. It is usually a mixture of shifts (7.30am-6pm, 8.30am-7pm and 9.30am-8pm). Everyone contributes to the daytime weekend rota TOIL (time off in lieu) is returned for working weekends, and everyone is expected to contribute to the bank holiday rota, and to any on-call where necessary.
Weekend/bank holiday working will be daytimes only and from one of our 24hr hospitals, during these shifts Vets will be providing veterinary in-patient care and seeing new emergency cases.
