A reputable, Small Animal practice located between Glasgow and Edinburgh is looking to recruit a permanent member of staff to start as soon as possible but will consider an ongoing locum vet in the meantime (any availability considered).
You will be required to work on a full-time basis. Working on various caseloads from Orthopaedics, soft tissue, dental, consults, endoscopy, laparoscopy, radiology to general surgery. There are also cases in ECC work being one of the few veterinary hospitals in Scotland offering a unique opportunity for a Vet to access not just 1st opinion work, but ECC work along the way. This is a great team of 3 Veterinary Surgeons, 4 Registered Veterinary Nurses and 2 Animal Care Assistants. They are a training practice which is well equipped with Digital X-ray, the latest laboratory equipment and Sevoflurane & Humphrey ADE anaesthesia:
** 42 hours / 5 days per week
** Only 1:4 out of hours weekends
** 1 OOH shift during the week
** Salary is up to £60,000 - New graduates from £32,000 (Negotiable DOE)
