We are looking for a full time Lead Vet in Staffordshire to join this reputable practice.
The role is 40 hours across 4 days, working a 1 in 5 / 1 in 6 Saturday rota. There is no out of hours or Sundays.
This is a fabulous opportunity for a Vet who is wanting to do clinical work, as well as take on a leadership role.
There is lots of support available from the Clinical Director, practice manager, client care and nursing team.
Candidates must have excellent clinical, communication, teamwork, and mentoring skills, experience in quality improvement involvement and be able to raise ideas, work through problems, to help ensure financial success.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain support developing non-clinical, leadership and business skills.
The site is the largest, with laparoscopy, ultrasound, flexible endoscopy, ophthalmic surgical microscope, dental x-ray, in house lab and much more
They have small animal, large animal and equine departments that are all run separately from each other.
