Lead Vet Needed in Reputable W. Sussex Small Animal Practice

Due to the practice’s growing reputation this small animal Vet practice needs a Lead Vet to join their team. You will be working in a modern, independent, family-owned practice based in West Sussex.

Candidates applying for this role must be driven, ambitious and capable of leading the team to develop the practice. There is a loyal client base and a close-knit team.

You will be working 4 day weeks, with a 1 in 8 full weekend rota and 1 in 8 half weekend rota. This can be negotiated slightly.

There is 4 branches and 1 outstanding hospital branches to offer support locally, all of which have comprehensive facilities, including ultrasound, dental and digital radiography, dedicated theatre as well as separate cat and dog wards, etc.

You must be passionate about providing a high level of care to candidates and be competent investigating cases to a high standard. This means you must be knowledgeable both medically and surgically, with good communication skills.
