A fantastic opportunity has arisen within a Small Animal practice in South Yorkshire. Our client is looking for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join their friendly team on a permanent basis, starting as soon as possible:
** Clinical freedom
** Purpose built surgery
** Varied caseload
** Certificates supported & encouraged
Seeking a better work/life balance?
Our client truly values its employees and understands the importance of getting this balance right! This is a flexible position offering full or part time working hours. There’s no OOHs and Saturdays shared on a fair rota basis. Annual leave increases with length of service, to include annual birthday leave.
They have a varied caseload across a loyal client base which can be worked up locally, so you can develop any specific interests you have, with certification encouraged and funding available. You’ll also enjoy a great working relationship with their nearby hospital, who take on referrals, and has a CT scanner. There’s lots of free parking at the practice, as well as bus and train routes for commuting purposes.
The ideal candidate will have good small animal experience, be comfortable with sole charge and relish being part of a team. You will be keen to work towards the same practice vision of providing gold standard pet care to the local community and your patients.
Some of the benefits include salary of up to £70,000 plus all the usual quirks such as pension, healthcare, paid memberships, £1,500 CPD allowance (and 5 days off), excellent career progression and exclusive lifestyle and shopping discounts. Relocation packages from within or outside the UK considered, including visa sponsorship if needed.
If you’re interested in this excellent opportunity and would like more details, then we’d love to hear from you!
