24 Hour Hospital in West Yorkshire Seeks Night OOH Vet

Our client in West Yorkshire is in need of a night out of hours Vet to join their team.

The hospital provides emergency critical care and referral support to around 15 practices. There is a fantastic team, including both Medicine and Surgical Certificate holders.

You will be required to be confident in the following (with support and training):

Oesophageal tube placements
Nasogastric tube placements
Seldinger Chest Drain placements
Silicone Abdominal Peritoneal Drains
Pig tail urinary catheters
TFAST AFAST
Endoscopy
Negative Pressure Wound Therapy
Urinary catheterisation

The role is within a well-equipped practice including; Lasercyte haematology, Digital Xray and Advanced Ultrasound with Doppler, Flexible video gastroscope, Flexible bronchoscope and more!

It is on a 7 on / 14 off rpta, working shifts 8pm - 8am. (Vets are welcome to locum during the 14 days off).
