Being the new guy in vet recruitment at Synergy hasn’t been nearly as uncomfortable as being the new guy usually is. This bunch are a right laugh. Settling in has been easy and they’ve all been really supportive and patient bearing with me while I slowly trundle through all the new things I’ve had to learn. Except Aaron. All Aaron wants to do is talk about Star Wars and Music. Which is amazing because they’re among my favourite things in the world. The ‘bromance’ has been pointed out already.
The world of Vet Recruitment was a foreign language to me until now. Even now I’m still trying to get my head around the various Veterinary terms and jargon. But it’s going well on the whole. Spending years in the Pub Trade has prepared me well when it comes to interacting with people and building working relationships which essentially, is what we do here at Synergy. Now I’m just looking forward to a time where everything I do here every day becomes completely second nature so that my brain doesn’t hurt by 5.30! Being a part of the team here at SynergyVets is the best career move I’ve made to date. (Absolutely true, I’m not just saying that because they’re all going to read this).
