My client in Wiltshire is on the lookout for a “SURGICAL LEAD NURSE” to enhance their wonderful nursing team! The right candidate needs to be as passionate about surgery, surgical care of patients and instruments to ensure they deliver excellence in practice. In return, you will be working within their independent, busy, first opinion clinic in the large growing town of Wiltshire, surrounded by the beautiful Cotsworlds and within easy commute of popular cities.
They are currently undergoing exciting developments to expand their already gold standard clinic, into a modern centre with separate cat and dog buildings. This includes a newly built and refurbished theatre and scrub area with lots of potential for interesting and amazing surgery. They would love a nurse who wishes to use their skills under Schedule 3 to the maximum!
This position is full time or part time with negotiable on call duties and weekends for consults and inpatient's. No OOH required.
They can offer the right person 5 weeks annual leave, CPD budget & 2 CPD days a year, Health Care cash plan plus plenty of support and a family feel to their team. Salary is experience dependant as they recognise and reward excellence, they are willing to pay TOP RATES for the right nurse.
