There is a small animal practice in Manchester with a fantastic opportunity to fill a vacancy for a head nurse
The practice in question is ideally looking for someone with a passionate and motivated work ethic along with a great attitude towards team work and proven management and leadership competence.
The details/specifications for this role are as follows;
• RVN status
• Proven leadership skills, preferably with experience of managing people
• Passion for supporting others
• Ability to mentor, coach, and develop others
• Confidence in decision making and comfortable working closely with Zoe in the same role.
• Holiday entitlement is 22 days per annum plus Bank/Public Holidays pro rata.
• Remuneration is £28,000 plus per annum pro rata, depending on experience.
