Practice Manager Role Available in West London

Daniel is working with a small animal practice in West London who has a vacancy for a Practice Manager available.

The main duties will include…

• Managing, leading, and developing all support functions of the practice to ensure a continuous high level of customer and veterinary care.
• Motivate and organise non-clinical staff, providing support the team
• Assist with recruitment, provide HR support and promote wellbeing
• Work alongside the Directors to develop the practice
• Respond to all customer concerns and complaints
• Assist the Finance and Accounts team to provide financial management
• Coordinate maintenance & repair of the premises
• Oversee Health & Safety of staff and clients


For this role the practice is seeking someone with at least 4 years’ experience, the benefits of this role include company events and pension along with private medical insurance.
