The dates are as follows below;
Saturday 15th October- 10.00-19.00
Saturday 15th October- 13.00-21.00
Saturday 15th October- 13.00-21.00
Sunday 16th October- 10.00-19.00
Sunday 16th October-13.00-21.00
Sunday 16th October-13.00-21.00
Saturday 22nd October- 13.00-21.00
Sunday 23rd October- 07.00-16.00
Sunday 23rd October- 07.00-16.00
Sunday 23rd October- 13.00-21.00
Sunday 30th October- 07.00-16.00

The rates for these dates are negotiable and the practice is willing to accept ADHOC dates.
The practice can only accept zero hours or umbrella company payments.
