Night RVN needed in Surrey

• 2-3 full time roles
• 7 nights on, 7 nights off
• 8.30pm to 8.30am
• Accommodation available for weeks on, subject to availability
• Ward nursing in-patients within a small night team of 4 night RVN’s, 3 auxiliaries and an intern duty vet
• Administering drugs
• Sedation and monitoring
• Care and monitoring of animals during advanced diagnostic imaging (CT & MRI)
• Restraining animals
• Maintaining, sterilising and storing equipment
• General cleaning duties throughout the hospital
• Undertaking and assisting with diagnostic tests
• Preparing and sending off laboratory samples
• Caring for and exercising patients (injections, medication, fluid therapy, dressings, first aid)
• Maintaining records
