My client in Manchester is looking for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join their team.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Nurse to take a lead in driving clinical standards. The practice will encourage you to reach your full nurse potential, as you would take a lead in the nursing for the practice.
The rota includes working 34 hours a week including every other weekend on a rota basis. They are flexible on days. There are no out of hours with this role.
They are a well-established first opinion practice with a fantastic local reputation. They run by appointment only and are open between the hours of 9:30am 6:30pm Monday to Sunday. The surgery provides a fully equipped first opinion service to provide fully comprehensive care and they try to offer a more personal and dedicated service to their patients allowing cases to be worked up to a high standard with the support of their friendly and experienced support team.
They currently have 1 Veterinary Surgeon, 1 Registered Veterinary Nurse and 4 Support Staff. Due to them being a small team, they are looking for someone to fit in well with them, they are extremely friendly!
The right candidate needs to be a Registered Veterinary Nurse with at least 2 years of experience. The candidate must be happy to be the sole nurse whilst on shift with the Vet and Support Staff. They are looking at introducing nurse clinics so experience with this is desirable. They would like someone who will be proactive in helping to improve their clinical standards, who isn't afraid to get stuck in and can cope well under pressure as they are a busy little practice.
They can offer:
Salary of up to £30,000 DOE
