Fantastic Opportunity for Practice Manager in Leicestershire

We are currently looking for a forward-thinking, proactive Practice Manager to join this fantastic team in Leicestershire. You will be managing four surgeries including the out of hours / referral service and their farm surgery.

The role requires a candidate confident managing the day-to-day running of the practice and developing the business. You will be in charge of coordinating business, giving client and staff feedback and assist with personnel management.

Candidates must be organised, flexible and be able to problem solve when needed. You must also have great people skills and be competent supporting the team. You will be working closely alongside a team of experienced managers and veterinary staff.

Candidates MUST have experienced working in a customer service environment, be able to demonstrate leadership skills and be able to manage budgets.
