Are you looking to work in a beautiful part of the world, with beautiful beaches only 5 minutes away?
Out client is looking to recruit another Vet due to their ever-expanding caseload. You will be joining a progressive team of knowledgeable Vets with multiple certificate holders.
Candidates would ideally have an orthopaedic bias, however this is not essential.
The role will have you seeing a good mix of surgical and medical caseloads including a small amount of exotics.
There is a modern, well equipped practice including digital x-ray, ultrasound, endoscopy (and rigid endoscopy), ligasure, full orthopaedic kit and dental radiography. There is also two theatres and a strong team assisting each other to provide the very best care to patients and their owners.
There are meeting days once a month where they block off consultations and meet as a team. This allows for the team to share information and ideas, as they promote active case discussion between vets.
They offer time off in lieu of any overtime worked and give associates opportunities to take on additional paid responsibilities. There is also an employee of the month scheme, practice book club and occasional retreat days.
