Lead Vet Surgeon Needed ASAP in Berkshire

Lacey’s client is looking for a new Lead Vet to support their team in Berkshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Vet Surgeon who is ambitious, proactive and looking to take a step up in their career.

**ASAP start
**4 days per week
**1:3 Saturdays OR 1:6 full weekends

Your role will be to manage the team of Vets, work alongside regional teams to plan rotas, maintaining high clinical standards, review profit and loss accounts, manage complaints, help the practice growth, working with the head nurse to ensure the nursing team is running efficiently, building relationships with clients and staff, etc.

Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years veterinary experience and be able to perform routine surgeries and deal with complex medical cases. Good leadership skills are mandatory, and a candidate who enjoys the prospect of a challenge, as well as being confident with computer programmes such as Word, Outlook, Excel and Teams.
