A fantastic opportunity has arisen within a friendly S/A and small furries (rabbits & guinea pigs) practice in Gloucestershire. They are looking for a full or part time Veterinary Surgeon to join their team on a permanent basis starting as soon as possible (ongoing locum cover considered in the meantime).
They can be flexible and offer full or part-time working hours (at least 2 days per week), both to include 1:4 weekends (9am to 6pm). Their full-time position usually offers 1 day off during the week. Working hours during the week are 9am to 6pm.

Our client has a growing client base, with a mix of young, healthy pets requiring preventative health care, but also a growing number of interesting medical cases. They have a visiting Orthopaedic Surgeon. They are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and self-motivated vet, who is willing and able to work sole charge and has good general surgical and medical skills.
The team consists of 4 Vets, 4 Nurses including a Head Nurse & Deputy Head, two student nurses and 4 Client Care Advisors.
This is a modern, well-equipped practice with digital and dental X-ray, ultrasound, blood pressure monitoring, scenography, in-house lab, advanced airway management systems for rabbits and cats, plus separate wards for dogs, cats and exotics. Their cat ward is state of the art low stress accommodation.
